Focus on identifying and addressing team pain points, and I am responsible for developing a regional training system.

Manage training resources at both the headquarters and regional levels.

Design and implement training programs, including orientation, product training, soft skills development initiatives.

Tailor training programs to meet the needs of different roles, such as sales, customer development, and leadership.

I am also responsible for establishing the regional knowledge hub, managing training processes, and supporting digital learning initiatives.

Training Manager

I was responsible for establishing the end-to-end training framework and system for China inbound and outbound programs from the ground up.

I was responsible for the overall management of the training process, including training needs analysis, course design, implementation, and evaluation.

I was responsible for designing and delivering training programs related to Ocean Engine and TTFB for the overseas sales team, international customers and agencies, as well as the operations team.

I was responsible for developing and implementing the annual training plan and orientation program for China inbound initiatives, specifically focusing on Douyin Ocean Engine.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, GBS, and Product Operations, to establish a knowledge hub focused on China inbound business.

I was recognized as an outstanding probationary employee in the Y2020 performance cycle and received an M+ rating in the annual performance appraisal.

I successfully completed the Ocean Engine Digital Marketing Certification for Creative Advertising Marketing Senior Engineer.

Training Officer

I was responsible for the annual training planning process, including the development and implementation of training plans based on identified needs. I also conducted evaluation and follow-up activities to ensure effectiveness. I am familiar with the ADDIE training model. Additionally, I managed the Learning Management System (LMS), and had experience with online course administration, participant coordination, learning record maintenance, and data management.

I am proficient in operating various Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. I was responsible for the editing, visualization, and online operation of e-learning courses, and I am familiar with curriculum design using relevant software tools. Additionally, I was responsible for delivering employee orientation programs, as well as corporate culture and soft skills training sessions.

I was responsible for the performance appraisal process for all employees, which included optimizing the appraisal procedures, facilitating communication and workshops, as well as preparing data reports and tracking performance status.

Senior Training Specialist

I was responsible for delivering training sessions to both employees and customers. Additionally, I managed the trainer’s schedule, analyzed customer feedback statistics, and provided actionable solutions to improve attendance rates and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

I am proficient in course design and development, and have hands-on experience in capturing and editing video projects.

Information Supervisor

I was responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of ERP and CRM systems, as well as the coordination and execution of marketing events in alignment with IT strategy. Additionally, I was responsible for the development and strategic management of E-Business website projects, including IT project and process oversight.

Research and Development Supervisor

I was responsible for managing outsourcing projects, including requirement analysis, software framework design, and team resource planning. Additionally, I was responsible for establishing project tenders and conducting negotiations with multiple clients. I have extensive experience in software development, software process design, and project management.
